Mission statement:
The non-profit Caribbean Conservation Corporation and Sea Turtle Survival
League are dedicated to ensuring the survival of endangered and threatened
sea turtles within the wider Caribbean basin through research, education,
advocacy and the protection of the natural habitats upon which they depend.
Founded in 1959 to support the sea turtle research of Dr. Archie Carr, CCC
offers a unique "hands-on" experience to work with sea turtles and birds
beyond an ordinary Ecotour at CCC's field station in Costa Rica.
